Powell River Aquatics Summer Swim Club 

Location: Powell River, BC  

Job Postings:  Head Coach and Assistant Coach

The Powell River Aquatics Swim Club is seeking applicants for the following positions: Head Coach and Assistant Coach.

Term: May 3, 2010 to August 24, 2010

Salary: Dependent upon experience and certification. Please send salary expectations along with your resume.

Experience: Previous coaching experience preferred.  As we are dependent on Government funding preference is given to secondary and post secondary students continuing with education in 2010-2011

Certification: NLS, Head Coach requires NCCP level 1

Details:  Our club is looking for enthusiastic, organized, experienced coaches capable in the areas of stroke technique and swimmer development. We have approximately 80  swimmers each summer: ages  5 to 18. Our club is a mixture of social and competitive swimmers. We compete regionally and provincially, have strong parental and team support and a wonderful indoor facility in which to train.
