BCSSA Provincial Championships

BCSSA moves to the communities of Langley and Abbotsford for the 2009 Provincial Championships from August 17 to 23, 2009.

Langley will be the venue for Water Polo, Synchronized Swimming and Diving.

Abbotsford will the venue for Speed Swimming.

BCSSA Provincial Championship Meet generates in excess of $3 million in cash flow within the Host Community during its 7 day event: 1992 Abbotsford, 1993 New Westminster, 1994 Kamloops, 1995 Commonwealth Pool, Saanich, 1996 Kamloops Aquatic Centre, 1997 Central Park, Burnaby, 1998 Kamloops Aquatic Centre and 1999 Watermania Park, Richmond, 2000 CCAC and Spani, Coquitlam, 2001 Trail Aquatic Centre and 2002 UBC Aquatic Centre and Empire Pool, 2003 Commonwealth Pool, Saanich, 2004 Burnaby (Central Park & CCAC),  2005 Watermania Park, Richmond, 2006 Kamloops, & 2007 Prince George, 2008 Trail.

BCSSA often leaves a legacy of improved facilities in the Championship Host Community.
