REPORTS
Regional Director
Reported that the Provincial Board meeting last weekend had been informative. Copies of the minutes from the meeting will be sent to each Club President from BCSSA.
Assistant Director
It is difficult to track swimmers to make sure they qualified for regionals. Next year Dave will do something different, ie., get the best times files from each of the Clubs.
Registrar
Winnie passed out an updated disk with instructions to the clubs. If anyone is interested in a review of the Meet Entry programs, Winnie will try to set up a clinic before swim meets start.
Director of Officials
There will be a Meet Manager Clinic on Wednesday, November 24 at Gilmore Park United Church, 4071 Frances Road, Richmond (near Blundell and #1 Road) - underground parking is available. If anyone is interested, please phone Gail Nichols - 275-1851.
Treasurer
Only change since last report, bills for Regionals from Watermania $2,906.00, Kerr Medals $2,783.03. Amelia is still waiting for payment for provincial entries and the qualifier t-shirts form many of the clubs.
Secretary
Still need club executive lists form Boundary Bay, Ladner, Cloverdale and Crescent Beach.
Coaches' Representative
No report to give, there have been no coaches' meetings since our last meeting.

Synchro - No report.
Clubs -
Boundary Bay No representative.
Cloverdale Winter maintenance going well.
Crescent Beach No representative.
Ladner No representative.
North Delta Had their AGM - all positions filled. There are 140 swimmers in winter maintenance. Deb brought some brochures to hand out re: Sungod expansion. All coaches are returning but one, who is staying in Victoria. Had discussions at their meeting about changing the North Delta Meet for next year to a one-day meet, this would depend on whether Bounday Bay changed their format to heats and finals - this is to try to break the monotony of three weekends in a row all the same. This needs to be discussed with Boundary Bay.
Richmond No representative.
Surrey No representative.
White Rock They are getting ready for the christmas tree sales.
Delta Diving No representative.
