| The rule books in the shrunken format will be available from the BCSSA office very shortly. | ||||
| Assistant Director Will be meeting with Watermania for Regionals. There will be a map/site plan for this year's Regionals and it will outline where Club tents should go. | ||||

| [Bob Munro presented the report in Winnie's absence.] New policy in effect - a new swimmer may try out twice without being registered, providing the registration form is filled out. Winnie also needs the lists of new winter swimmers plus their $10.50 fee for each one. Clubs' $50 affiliation fees are due by April 7, 1999 and are payable to Fraser South Region. There is a deadline of August 10, 1999 for water polo teams to register for the water polo championships. | ||||

| [Bob Munro reported in Rosemary's absence.] There was a good turn out for the Referee and Starter Clinic. Rosemary needs all the names of the Directors of Officials for the Clubs. | ||||

| ANY OTHER BUSINESS At present we have no representatives for diving, synchro and water polo. Could everyone go back to their Clubs and see if anyone can take these responsibilities. |
