Summer Swim Association (BCSSA) requires that all swimmers participate in at least one sanctioned swim meet if they wish to compete at the Regionals in the hopes of progressing to the Provincials. Swimmers will be required to pay their own swim meet entries. Swimmers are encouraged to attend as many swim meets as possible, but swim meets are not mandatory. BCSSA Provincial Championships — in order to qualify, swimmers must place 1st, 2nd, or 3rd, or meet the provincial qualifying time in the finals at Regionals.
