Welcome to the Burnaby Barracudas Website The Burnaby Barracudas Summer Aquatics Club is one of the largest competitive summer swim clubs in British Columbia and has been part of the Burnaby Community for over 30 years. Our experienced, professionally qualified and trained coaches teach both recreation and competitive swimming, water polo and synchronized swimming. The swim season begins May 1st and finishes in mid-August. There are daily practices, weekend meets and lots of fun events in-between. Practices take place at Bonsor Community Centre and Central Park pools starting in May and then move to Burnaby's outdoor pools by the middle of May. The Barracudas provides an excellent environment for youths up to 18 years of age to increase their fitness level, develop their self-confidence, establish new friendships - all while creating and solidifying a healthy lifestyle.
