The Campbell River Salmon Kings (CRSK) is a swim club offering young swimmers in the Campbell River and surrounding area the opportunity to learn competitive swimming skills and waterpolo during the summer. Our enthusiastic and qualified coaches teach youngsters to swim with confidence and enjoy the excitement of competition in a fun and supportive atmosphere. Swimmers make new friends and develop valuable life skills such as teamwork, goal setting, and sportsmanship. Our social events (BBQ's, themedays, potluck dinners) are fun for the whole family!
The summer swim season runs from May 1st to mid-August each year. Practices begin in May at the Strathcona Gardens indoor pool and move to the Centennial outdoor pool when it opens in June. Registration is open to all children 5 years or older as of May 1st who can swim one width of the pool unassisted (Red Cross level 3/4 equivalent).
