CITS - COACHES IN TRAINING
CRSK encourages the development of athletes as leaders. Swimmers 14 years and older with at least 3 years of competitive swimming and the RLSS Bronze Medallion certification may apply to become coaches in training. CIT's are valuable volunteers who assist our coaches at practices and meets while developing coaching and leadership skills.
